Red Coach Inn Niagara Falls

The staff were efficient and attentive, were waiting for us in the friendly reception.

The venue is charming, food is outstanding, best possible location close to the falls.

The place was fairly clean, I enjoyed its staff and location.

The room was updated, well-kept and the bed was comfortable. Good service throughout our stay.

The place was extraordinary and spotlessly clean, it had excellent staff and location. Kindness of hotel staff. Location not far from Niagara Falls and waterfalls and The Red Coach Inn.

Fairly clean hotel, I liked accommodating staff. The beds were very uncomfortable here, though it was a really really nice stay all in all.

We were met by professional, hospitable personnel. The Victorian furniture was vintage. Terrific service and brilliant value.

It was a very peaceful experience overall. Everything was very good, the hotel was bright. The room was reasonably priced. Plenty of options for breakfast including hot waffles and cookies. It was nice to have candy in the lobby

Food was savoury and I have nothing but luxury memories from this trip. I really enjoyed gorgeous location and how the place is perfectly clean. I was in the stunning room, it was absolutely stunning. The hotel staff members were gorgeous!

We loved location and staff here. The bedroom was large and the bed was very large. It was spotless, had absolutely superb view. Corporate hotel set in the nice quiet area.

The rooms were perfectly appointed, bed was perfect, breakfast was SUMPTUOUS. There were fabulously friendly employees, a thoughtful service.

Stylish room, very central location and highly professional staff. And it also had particularly nice view. Nice hot breakfast, had biscuits and hot waffles and more. Nice design, courteous service in the entire hotel. Besides, I liked being able to park nearby...

Great place for exploring Niagara Falls. Biscuits and hot waffles were perfect and overall there was plenty of food. Had excellent drinks in the café bar. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was fast;)))

Very gracious staff, awesome location and gorgeous breakfast. I liked that there was breakfast included. Gorgeous view of lake. They made my stay decent. Exemplary customer service provided too.

the breakfast was incredible there, the beds were nice, all you need for a very enjoyable stay. excellent pool and white beach. pretty much what i expected: inexpensive hotel, reasonably priced.

the hotel is in an unbeatable position and the airport is 0.5 miles away. inviting room and modern, so so comfy bed. scenic views and well maintained garden.

Very tranquil location, extra comfy beds, exceptional variety of breakfast food. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. The staff was attentive, room was fancy and very good. Hotel was pretty clean and the service was impeccable. The venue was in a lovely area.

By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Niagara Falls, had much fun. The friendly check-in process too. Worth its 4 stars.

Nothing to fault!

we appreciated the fact that we chose red coach inn. 4-star hotel in niagara falls.

Location really close to old falls street and easy access to horseshoe falls. The area contains some restaurants like Hard Rock Cafe within 15 minutes' walk. It was definitely 3 stars for us...

Taste the food in Anchor Bar, you only need to walk 400 feet to reach it. Classic decoration of the room. We would go back in flash if visiting Niagara Falls. In love with red coach inn.

Every place we needed, such as old falls street was just walking distance from this hotel. Great location right by the Niagara Falls Amtrak train station. Savor was 10 mins walk away. Downtown Niagara Falls district was worth visiting.
